Like accommodation, eating too is a costly affair until, of course, you decide to live on the bare minimum. You will find some good restaurants in Port Moresby that specializes in Chinese (especially Szechwan), Korean, Japanese, and Continental cuisines. You can also try tender kebabs of locally killed crocodile in some of the restaurants like Kokoda Trail Motel on the Sogeri plateau above Port Moresby. However, it is difficult to find quality restaurants in other towns of Papua New Guinea.
